Maybe he's simply not allowed to be with a guy cuz of his family/parents? Just a thought. Perhaps his upbringing is in play here. Idea of them having feelings for each other all this time and never revealing them to one another only to lead to this, seems a bit too simple for me still. There has to be some another explanation. Latest Lake update give a little more insight into the whole situation again. Although, ultimately, nothing new.

It should be end of Rune's day 2. I think?

Thx for the reply! At least somebody read it. :D I got a couple of more theories since then.

Mikko's route was the very first I've played. What can be more intriguing than finding out what Arvo's confession going to do to their friendship? But at the time, of course, his day 2 was still incomplete. Now, with this beautiful continuation of his day 2, I am rather befuddled. Frankly, I can't still figure out for sure is Mikko even gay? I mean he should be by the laws of this VN.

Everybody who has a route should have some kind of intimacy with Arvo at certain point. But Mikko is such unique character. Everything from his appearance to his personality....is quite unique and not something I've met before in a character. He's also so pure and Innocent that I can't even imagine him doing naughty stuff with anyone. You can find out on another route, that he already cuddled with somebody naked. Was it a guy or a girl? No clue. Does he had feelings for Arvo all this time too? And when Arvo finally tells him why he ghosted him 3 year ago, they end up together, and everything will be fine. It can't be that simple, right?

Close to the end of day 2 he says "I don't want to hear it, let me have you close just for one more night, okay?" I can't figure out exact meaning of these words. Does he know already? Did he always knew? Is Arvo's confession going to drift them apart, inevitably, and there is nothing that can be done? If so, why? Too many questions.  Anticipation of Arvo's confession is killing me. Every word in that dialogue (whenever it's coming) is going to matter the world to me.

Sorry for the long post. Most people probably won't even read it :)

TL:DR: I love this update and I can't wait to see how this VN ends. (But I don't want it to ever end at the same time) :)
